Michael Campbell, Chief Executive

RA POWER & LIGHT Founder and Chief Executive Michael Campbell is a clean tech pioneer who’s start in commercial renewables began in 1985.  Over the next 25 years, he led technology based global strategic alliances representing F50 tech giants NEC, Toshiba Corporation and Oracle.  In 2009 Michael developed Energy Value Chain Optimization®, the definitive process commercial ratepayers use to manage, track and control where, when and how they use energy. Today Mr. Campbell’s case studies on demand rationalization and supply chain execution serve as reference works in the Industrial Engineering curriculum at Arizona State University. He completed his studies at the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. 

Jeff Bernardino, Senior Vice President EPC Operations

With nearly 200 megawatts of commercial solar project design / build and project development experience, Jeff Bernardino is a nationally recognized leader in commercial renewables.  Jeff has an exceptional 30-year successful track record across hundreds of commercial electrical and industrial solar projects. As the senior project executive, Jeff has managed engineering, procurement and construction field operations for solar projects at several California municipal and private school districts, university campuses, commercial office buildings, industrial manufacturing facilities, hospitals, multi-family housing, houses of worship and multi-megawatt utility-scale projects for SCE and PG&E.  He was the CEO of Belco Electric for 15 years until its acquisition, Senior Project Manager for Morrow-Meadows, General Manager for Sun Electric, and earlier in his career, field foreman for Amelco Electric and Anderson Howard.   Jeff is also certified for Commercial & Residential CA Title 24.6 installation and verification for electrical construction projects to meet state regulatory standards.
